My school requires us to watch the Uwise videos and complete the questions in order to pass the rotation and I found them really quite helpful! That, plus Uworld will give you a strong grade on the COMAT. If you're looking for another source, the Blueprints book is awesome for this shelf.Worse than it did for Step 1. A lot of simple concepts like "IUDs are contraindicated with PID" gets complicated and UWorld will go on to say "actually >= 3 months is okay after PID" which goes against some of the logic I see on the NBMEs.
